Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, not from inside the app. To cancel:

On iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open Settings on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
  3. Select Aussie Citizenship Test
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

You can also manage your subscription directly at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

On Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right), then Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions
  3. Select Aussie Citizenship Test
  4. Tap Cancel subscription

You can also manage your subscription directly at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

If you're already a subscriber, you'll find a Manage Subscription shortcut in the app under Settings that takes you to the right place.

After cancelling, you'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime purchases are one-time and have nothing to cancel.

I subscribed but Premium isn't unlocking. What should I do?

In most cases, tapping Restore Purchases in the app's Settings screen fixes this — it re-checks your purchase with the App Store or Google Play and unlocks Premium. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase.

If Restore Purchases doesn't work:

  • Check your internet connection and try again
  • Force-quit and reopen the app
  • Confirm the purchase actually completed (you should have a receipt email from Apple or Google)

If it's still not working, please contact us with your Support ID (you'll find it at the bottom of the app's Settings screen — tap Copy Support ID). That ID lets us look up your purchase and resolve it quickly.

I got a new device and Premium is gone. Can I get it back?

Yes. Open the app's Settings screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy Premium originally — purchases are tied to that account, not the device.

This works for all plan types, including Lifetime.

If Restore Purchases doesn't bring it back, contact us with your Support ID (Settings → Copy Support ID) and we'll restore your access manually.
